Please complete the online form below and submit it by the 10th or 25th of each month – and within 30 days of the date worked. You may submit one form for multiple dates for each type of job (instructor or assistant).

INVOICES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 10th and 25th OF EACH MONTH. Any invoices submitted after those dates will be deferred to the following pay period. Qualified payments will be mailed within 5 working days of the end of the pay period (does not include mailing time which will vary by location). Any questions regarding Instructor payments may be sent to info@aedinstitute.com.
