Class FAQs

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled course, please notify us as soon as possible at or 808-440-8988 Note: If you do not notify us prior to the start of class, you will be considered a “No Show” and will not be eligible for a refund or class credit.

All cancelation and transfer requests must be made in writing prior to the start of class and sent via email to
Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of booking your course.  After 72 hours, you may only reschedule the course.
You may request a one-time rescheduling of a course with a 2-day (48-hour) written notice prior to start time of course. Additional rescheduling will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations and No Shows made with less than required notice will forfeit the entire fee.
You may elect to transfer your course to another person instead of cancelling.  A $50 transfer fee will be assigned.
If we cancel a course for some unforeseen circumstance, we will issue a full refund of the class fee or reschedule to a time of your convenience.
All e-products and online courses are non-refundable.
