AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION COURSES:

AHA HEARTSAVER® CPR/AED

Heartsaver®  CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking.  

Course Options: classroom (2 hours) 

Fees: $65 per student and and includes student manual and 2-year certification card. 

AHA HEARTSAVER® FIRST AID/CPR/AED

Heartsaver®  First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.  Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.  This course also teaches adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use.

Course Options: classroom (5-6 hours) or online course with skills session

Fees: $95 per student and includes student manual (or online key) and 2-year certification card for full classroom or $85 per student for online course with skills session. 

AHA BLS PROVIDER 

The BLS Provider classroom or online course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR (individual/team), use an AED, and relieve choking.

Course Options: online course with skills session

Fees: $95 per student and includes online key and 2-year certification card.  

AHA ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR LIFE SUPPORT (ACLS)

We are your go-to source for ACLS in Hawaii! ACLS is geared towards healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies or personnel in emergency response. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. 

Course Options: online course with skills session | renewal course

Fees: Blended learning - $300 per student and includes online key and 2-year certification card | Renewal - $200 per student and includes 2-year certification card

AHA PEDIATRIC ADVANCED CARDIOVASCULAR LIFE SUPPORT (PALS)

For healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.

Course Options: online course with skills session | renewal course

Fees: Blended learning - $300 per student and includes online key and 2-year certification card | Renewal - $200 per student and includes 2-year certification card

Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled course, please notify us as soon as possible at training@aedinstitute.com or 808-440-8988 

 ***All classes and e-products are non-refundable:

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND PAID FOR YOUR CLASS.  

  • If you need to reschedule your class, please call (808) 440-8988 or e-mail Training@AEDInstitute.com at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled class date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your class fee.  You are allowed to reschedule once within 3-months of original scheduled class.

  • All required pre-work (Blended courses online portion) must be completed prior to class.

  • Policies, procedures and pricing are subject to change without notice. 

  • All e-products and online courses are non-refundable. 
  • Note: If you do not notify us prior to the start of class, you will be considered a “No Show” and will not be eligible for a refund or class credit.
