Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Special Order Items

Special order items are not returnable and 50% deposit upon ordering.

Classes

All classes are non-refundable, however, the class may be rescheduled once or be transferred to another student.

If AED Institute has to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances we will offer to reschedule the class or issue a refund if the online course has not been used.
